Booking and retainer

• A non-refundable retainer of 50% is due at booking to hold your date. Your date is not reserved until the retainer is paid.
• The remaining balance is due the day of your session. For weddings, the balance is due 7 days before the wedding day.
• No images are delivered until the balance is paid in full.

Reschedules and cancellations

• One free reschedule with at least 48 hours notice. A second reschedule is $50.
• Outdoor sessions moved for weather are always free.
• If you cancel, the retainer is not refunded. If I ever have to cancel, you get a full refund of everything paid.

Showing up

• Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late shortens your session by that time.
• Arriving 30 or more minutes late, or not showing up, counts as a no-show. The retainer is kept and a new booking needs a new retainer.
• Sessions are not redone for free. If a session has to be rebooked for any reason on your end, it is booked as a new session.

Your gallery

• Proof galleries are ready within 1 week. Final edited galleries are ready within 2 to 4 weeks of your picks.
• Your gallery stays online for 30 days after delivery. Download your images in that time. Re-uploading an expired gallery is $25.

Editing

• Your package includes the number of edited images listed in it. Extra edited images are $10 each.
• I do not deliver RAW or unedited files.
• Delivered images are final. Extra editing beyond the delivered set is billed as extra images.

Exchanges (trades)

• Exchange sessions book like regular sessions, with the same reschedule and no-show rules.
• If either side does not show up, the exchange counts as delivered.
